Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be carefully packed in a reusable, insulated box with ice packs to maintain proper temperature.
Your order can be delivered to qualifying addresses in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Your order will ship via UPS next day air or ground if only dry to arrive on the specific date you selected when placing your order.

Reduced Shipping options
shipping costs at laubry.com are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected and the distance your order needs to travel. With our main warehouse located in Florida, shipping to an address in the central and western United States typically costs more compared to shipping to an address in the eastern United States.
Preferred shipping dates are offered/available on orders which meet the following criteria:
1. The orders must be shipping to addresses in: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
Other terms: Shipping cost may vary based of the size and/or weight and/or shipping method selected for the order. Once an order is placed, changing a delivery date will usually require cancellation of the original order and placement of a new order. Other restrictions may apply.

What are my shipping options?

Your order will ship via UPS ground (dry) or UPS next day/air or via our trucks or via Deliv for our first area around Miami
UPS Ground (dry only)
Online order before 11:00am, and Delivered next day before 8:00pm (Florida without Panhandle area of Florida is 2 days) until 7 days (depend of the state, see our map) to residential addresses
Saturday delivery limited to selected residential addresses with $15 more

UPS next day/air (cooler/frozen without bakery & pastry)
Online order before 11:00am and Delivered next day before 10:30am (local time) for MOST addresses
Delivered by 5:00pm (local time) for some RURAL addresses

How are my shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total estimated weight of your order, the address you are shipping and the delivery date you choose during checkout.


Can my order be delivered tomorrow?

Yes. If you place your order before 11:00am EST, Monday to Thursday, you can usually select the next day for delivery.


Can I select my delivery date?

Yes. We love when people plan ahead. During checkout, you can pick any available delivery date within 4 weeks from the day you place your order.


What days can my order be delivered?

Your order can be delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (except in cases where UPS is observing a holiday/black out day). Saturday is sometimes offered during certain times of the year and/or around key holidays/occasions but with $15 more.
When do I need to order by to ensure delivery on holidays and special occasions?

Can I ship my order to more than one address?

No. Each individual order must ship to a single qualifying address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes.


Why is a phone number required on the shipping address?

UPS requires shipping addresses have a valid telephone number to provide an additional method to contact the recipient should there be complications or issues with the shipment.


Are there any shipping or delivery restrictions?

Yes. Orders must ship to a single address in the 50 U.S. States or District of Columbia. Additionally, we are unable to deliver orders to:
PO Box addresses (all shipments require a physical address).
APO/FPO addresses (due to the perishable nature of our products).
International addresses (due to customs laws).

Can I change or reschedule my delivery date

Sometimes. If you wish to amend a delivery date, you should contact Customer Service immediately. Provided your order hasn’t already been packed and/or left our facility, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. In SOME cases, changing a delivery date will require having to cancel your original order and place a new order - as shipping costs may vary by delivery date.


Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t already been packed and/or left our warehouse, you can contact our Customer Service department to do this. In most cases, changing delivery address requires cancelling your original order and placing a new order (as shipping rates will change depending on the delivery location).


What if my order shipped to the wrong and/or invalid address?

LAUBRY Finest Foods is not responsible for validating shipping addresses. Any shipment that is undeliverable and/or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect, incomplete and/or invalid shipping addresses voids our guarantee and/or the ability to refund the order in question - which is why LAUBRY Finest Foods strongly urges you to check and verify all addresses and zipcodes carefully when placing your order.


Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

We send our packages with No Signature Required, and UPS will normally leave your package with some important exceptions: It is up to the UPS driver’s discretion whether the package can be left at an apartment/condo complex when there is no secure place to leave the package, or they cannot gain access directly to your unit. If you are delivering to a business address, UPS generally requires a signature and will not be able to leave a package if the business is closed. Orders greater the $500 may require a signature. LAUBRY Finest Foods cannot take responsibility for packages that are undeliverable for these reasons, so please plan accordingly.


What if UPS failed to deliver my order on the specified date/time?

In most cases, we recommend you contact UPS Customer Service directly – as this is generally the fastest way to resolve the issue because UPS will know more about the delivery status, have information on where to pick up the order, and/or know if/when a second delivery will be attempted.


Can I pick up my order directly at your warehouse?

Yes, do your order online, and select "pick up". Our warehouse is located at :
5220 NW 72nd Avenue (unit 5), Miami, FL 33166


Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes. On the day your order is scheduled to ship, a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number and a link to the UPS website will be sent to the email address you used when placing you order. If you don’t receive a tracking email, please feel free to contact Custumer Service.


Why is tracking information not available at the UPS website?

It’s likely your order hasn’t been picked up by UPS from our facility and/or UPS is in the process of updating their website. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, it can sometimes take a few hours for your tracking information to show up on the UPS website and/or show the status/movement of your shipment.


How will my order be packed?

Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouse. It will be carefully packed in an insulated box with reusable ice/gel packs designed to maintain your items in good condition for up to 48 hours. (Note: Frozen items may thaw during transit.)


What should I do with the ice packs in my order?

Ice gel packs are reusable. Store them in your freezer and use them to keep food cold on road trips, picnics, our outings. Throw them away anytime they are punctured or leaking.

Note: Inclement weather, delays by UPS and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected... so we encourage you to plan ahead and select the earliest possible delivery date that works for you.
No delivery : new year's day, memorial day, independance day, labor day, thanksgiving, christmas's day
For Laubry&partners delivery (only area of Miami, see the zip code concerned) :
50% surcharge for Delivery this days : Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. (Third Monday in January), President’s Day (Third Monday in February), Columbus Day (Second Monday in October), and the Day After Thanksgiving.

There will be no Deliveries : on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving or Christmas Day, New Year’s Day (January 1st, Memorial Day (Last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (First Monday in September)
