Délice de Bourgogne Triple Crème is the most decadent of all cheeses. It is a ripened cow’s cheese in which cream was added to make it even creamier. It has a smooth butter-like texture and creamy flavor. As the rind is made with geotrichum, the cheese is less bitter and more velvety.
Le Delice dee Bourgogne is the latest Triple Creme creation of the Fromagerie Lincet. Adding cream to the cheese gives a generous taste with a very smooth texture on the palate.
