This French cheese board consists of 4 different pieces of cheese from soft to hard cheeses made with cow's milk, goat's milk, and sheep's milk and 2 ready-to-bake Parisian baguettes.

  • CAMEMBERT "Le Chatelain" is made in Normandy from pasteurized cow milk. The Camembert Le Chatelain is rated the best of Camembert cheeses in France. This cheese is best paired with a light red wine such as Beaujolais or St Emilion or traditionally a glass of Normandy cider.
  • PETIT BASQUE is a semi-hard cheese made with sheep's milk produced in the French Pyrenees Mountains, the region that shares borders between France and Spain. Petit Basque cheese is always traditionally made using the local shepherds' methods from leftover curds set aside from milking the ewes. It is aged for a minimum of 70 days, during which it develops a basket-weave pattern similar to Spain's famous Manchego cheese but with milder and delicate flavor. 
  • VALENÇAY fresh pyramid goat cheese is one of the classic French cheeses made in the province of Berry in central France. It is named after the town of Valençay in the Indre department, France. This palatable goat cheese is a fresh soft cheese dusted with ash. Valençay goat cheese comes coated with vegetable ash and it is made in dairies. It has a creamy and smooth texture with a light sweetness and a fresh, citrus taste.  It is available usually between March and December, with peak manufacture between April and August. 
  • DELICE DE BOURGOGNE is a French classic triple crème cheese made on the lines of other classics such as Brillat Savarin. It originated in the Burgundy region of France. The Delice de Bourgogne cheese is made by blending full fat cow's milk with crème fraîche to create an incredibly delicious soft cheese with a unique flavor and a so special melt-in-the-mouth texture. Delice de Bourgogne has a white, bloomy and pungent rind that adds a playful contrast to the rich, creamy, buttery and tangy notes of the interior. This succulent cheese pairs very well with Champagne or Ciders and Wheat Beers.
  • PARISIAN BAGUETTE is our bestseller ready-to-bake bread and pairs well with all our cheeses. Just thaw the baguette for half an hour and bake for a couple of minutes then serve warm. Exquisite bread that it is daily consumed in France.
