Hudson Valley Foie Gras slices, individually shrink wrapped. It is so easy to sear foie gras… simply thaw slices to refrigerated or room temperature, season, score with a cross hatch pattern (if desired), and sear for 30 – 45 seconds per side in a hot heavy skillet.
Foie Gras slices are cut in a perfect single serving size usually all remaining the same form, later they are immediately frozen at extremely low temperatures. This high-tech process helps retain the texture and integrity of the delicate foie gras.
