Our milk is produced by a small farming community in the foothills of the Cayambe Volcano near Quito. This Single Origin white chocolate is very creamy, not-too-sweet and with a slightly salty taste at first. Its flavor is reminiscent of fresh hazelnut and finishes with a touch of vanilla.
