Terrine of Whole Duck Foie Gras is very simple to prepare. It is recommended to use a warm knife when cutting the foie gras to prevent any ridges. You can add black ground pepper and fleur de sel to enhance its natural taste. Suggestions for wine to accompany foie gras are many but my favorite is a sweet Jurancon from the Southwest of France.
