Raclette cheese is an uncooked pressed semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk following an ancestral method.
Heat the raclette is melted in a special machine and the melted parts are scraped onto plates. Then serve it with potatoes, gherkins, pickled onions and ham of your choice. The cheese comes in round and square shapes and can be served with any kind of wine.
