Idiazabal 3kg

Idiazabal cheese is a traditional, farmhouse, hard cheese made from raw milk of Latxa sheep. Its name comes from the village of Idiazabal and the cheese has been protected by the Spanish PDO label for more than 20 years. The cheese matures for a minimum ripening of 2 months that creates its golden rind.

Idiazabal is an uncooked pressed cheese with delicate smokey flavor.
