Our Ciabatta loaf dough is prepared with almost as much water as flour. Ciabatta bread is porous and light, with an unctuous texture for a delicious taste of Italy. No preservatives have been added neither ionization and it is GMO free.
Just thaw the frozen loaf for a couple of hours and bake in your oven before serving. The loaf size is perfect for a family dinner and pairs well with cheeses, pasta or dried meat.
