Comté cheese is a must-try uncooked pressed cheese that matures from 6 months to 8 months. It is famous for its fine taste of hazelnuts. You can grate it on pasta or pizza or simply serve it with fresh fruit or a crusty loaf of bread and a strong red wine. 

Try it with the Baguette Parisienne bread.
