Soppressata is an Italian dry salami. Two principal types are made: a cured dry sausage typical of Basilicata, Apulia, and Calabria, and a very different uncured salame, made in Tuscany and Liguria.
Our Natural Soppressata is coarsely ground from humanely raised pork. It’s delicately seasoned with black pepper and garlic, then dry-cured for almost 2 months. It has a sweet spicy flavor.
